What does each plan include?
Free is $0 per month on the Personal Workspace, with 5 active files, each detectable for 6 months, up to 5 MB per file and PDFs up to 10 pages. Pro is $9.99 per month on the Personal Workspace, with 50 active files, detectable until you delete them, up to 10 MB per file and PDFs up to 50 pages. Unlimited is $19.99 per month on the Personal Workspace, with no active-file cap, detectable until you delete them, up to 20 MB per file and PDFs up to 100 pages. Enterprise is $49.99 per month for one shared workspace, with no active-file cap, detectable until you delete them, up to 100 MB per file and PDFs up to 500 pages. This is a cap on active files, not a monthly upload quota.
How is a personal plan different from a shared workspace?
Free, Pro, and Unlimited apply only to your Personal Workspace. That workspace cannot be shared or invited into. Enterprise applies to one shared workspace, and a personal plan does not cover it. You can create a shared workspace before you subscribe, but invitations and new marks there need an active Enterprise plan.
What happens if you cancel?
Downgrading to Free, or turning Enterprise off, keeps the current plan until the end of the paid period. A personal downgrade keeps the newest files that fit and pauses the rest. Turning Enterprise off keeps current files detectable for 30 days after access ends. Canceling does not delete your account or your file records. Deleting a file ends detection for that file.
